With a career background in construction and facility management, I have always loved organizing chaos and developing results-driven systems.
My journey in systems development started early on when I spearheaded committees and events in my early teens, becoming known for my spreadsheets and coordination skills. As I grew older, I continued to hone my skills in my family's construction company, where I increased its business's bandwidth by over 500% by building systems, workflows & automations that allowed for growth.

Later, I was hired by Nova Scotia Power to run their new head office, where I spent seven years building foundations from scratch and developing workflows that allowed the facility management to run smoothly. After that, I was contacted by CBRE, the world's largest property management company, to help an account that was suffering from retention issues. I took on this new challenge, building foundations and workflows that were initially non-existent.
My passion for system development, efficiency and dedication to helping others unlock their true potential inspired the creation of Optimize. Scott is the Operations Assistant at Optimize, supporting the team with essential behind-the-scenes tasks like banking, running errands, delivering important items, and doing whatever needs to get done so the team can stay focused on the big picture.
With a background as a letter carrier, Scott brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a calm, focused presence to every task. Scott’s deep familiarity with logistics and routes makes him a natural at managing time-sensitive, location-based responsibilities — the kind that keep everything moving without disruption. He’s the kind of person you can count on to get the job done without fuss and with total dependability.
His role is all about creating breathing room for the rest of the team — handling the “little things” that can quickly become big distractions. Scott’s steady support helps the Optimize crew stay focused on what they do best.
