Founder and Lead Advisor

As the owner and Systems Advisor for Optimize, I bring a contagious energy and a passion for helping like-minded individuals achieve their goals and meet their true potential. With a career background in construction and facility management, I have always loved organizing chaos and developing results-driven systems.

My journey in systems development started early on when I spearheaded committees and events in my early teens, becoming known for my spreadsheets and coordination skills. As I grew older, I continued to hone my skills in my family's construction company, where I increased its business's bandwidth by over 500% by building systems, workflows & automations that allowed for growth.

"I'm a results-driven systems advisor with a passion for organizing chaos. With a background in construction and facility management, I've built workflows and systems that have helped businesses thrive and I'd love to do the same for you."

Later, I was hired by Nova Scotia Power to run their new head office, where I spent seven years building foundations from scratch and developing workflows that allowed the facility management to run smoothly. After that, I was contacted by CBRE, the world's largest property management company, to help an account that was suffering from retention issues. I took on this new challenge, building foundations and workflows that were initially non-existent.

My passion for system development, efficiency and dedication to helping others unlock their true potential inspired the creation of Optimize. With Optimize, I offer comprehensive business & goal analysis, customized high-level solution options, and ongoing support to help small business owners and leaders grow and gain a better understanding of their daily systems, workflows, and processes. With a passion for assisting newcomers to Canada, she brings a unique perspective to her role, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment within the Optimize family.

Beyond the professional realm, Justine enjoys being a mom to her daughter Alexis, cooking and traveling.
